All three Mighty Ducks films have good scores, the first two by David Newman and the last one by J.A.C. Redford. Horner's Field of Dreams has its moments. I'm not a Zimmer fan really but I really love the film Cool Runnings, as well as the score. Bobsledding probably won't get many more score entries. 
Oh yeah, and Debney's Little Giants kicks some major ass at times... Hasn't William Ross done a few sports scores? Yavar |

Man, I thought "Eight Below" was simply fantastic... one of the best scores I've heard this year, and unavaliable on cd. Oh, cruel fate... anyway, my hands-down favorite sports score of all time is Goldsmith's "Hoosiers", aka "Best Shot". Thrilling stuff, great movie, too. Back at ya later |
