Hello, I recently received my Buck Rogers season one 3cd set and absolutely am grateful to have it. I'm curious though, to know why there is no music from my favorite episode Space Vampire and why the music from the very opening before the theme music wasn't included. Cd 3 has only 44+ minutes of music. Why wasn't more music from the rest of the episodes included or will there be a volume 2 for season 1? |

If you look in the Buck Rogers release thread, you'll see Doug mention that there will be a volume 2 of season 1 if this current set sells as well as Intrada wants it to. There was no mention if the Robert Prince score specifically would be included if a second volume were to be released. A season 2 set is guaranteed. Another thing in general is that people have to come to terms with the fact that some collections of TV music won't have everything, because there is either too much music to make all-inclusive releases financially feasible and/or some elements are problematic. |

Thank you for the info, I did read about there being a Season 2 but didn't know that a Season 1 Volume 2 is possible |

They really went for the complete episodes of the ones they included. I could easily see a release with less music per episode and more episodes included. It is a lovingly produced set, with color liner notes for each episode. I have only played it on my computer, so can't yet judge the sound quality. |
