Post subject: | Rosenman's "East of Eden" and "Rebel Without a Cause"? |
Evening, all - I'm sure this must've been covered elsewhere but I can't lay hands on a reason why the original tracks to these two early Leonard Rosenman scores haven't been released yet. Is there an uncommonly recalcitrant label to contend with as a result of that James Dean tribute that came out back in the day featuring a handful of tracks from each of Dean's three films? What gives?? Just now I was playing the John Adams re-recordings on Nonesuch. They'll do for now, but the real thing would do even better - ideally before the imminent death of the CD that we keep hearing about. Pretty please? K |
