I have to laugh as I write this!

The subject line here was stated by someone in another forum, who then went on to mention titles like Navy Seals, Beverly Hills Cop 2, and Stone Cold to strengthen his point!

Am I the only one who finds this HILARIOUS??!!

We are enjoying the absolute best times ever of score releases, and have been for at least 10 years.... sometimes I feel that we can't see the forest because of all the trees in the way! Like most, I don't even have time to properly digest and enjoy the scores that I already have, much less to dream of all the still-unreleased stuff that I won't have time for in the future. Of course, everybody has their particular faves that they want to see released, but c'mon!!

Peter Ustinov's line, in QUO VADIS?, "Bring me my weepiing vase," seems appropriate here. Also probably a good reason to self-regulate one's frequenting of such forums. These sorts of opinions(I guess it's an opinion?? I am thinking that my daughter's declamation that the brain passes wind, on occasion, might be better.) do make neural imprints.

They should have their dreams come true since some soundtrack labels release alot of that kind of stuff, such as Perserverance records. I really liked the Loch Ness release, but none of the others interest me.

Perseverance Records will be releasing some great stuff in the near future as well . Craig Safan's score for REMO WILLIAMS: THE ADVENTURE BEGINS and David Williams' PROPHECY are both on my list of CDs to order (David Williams is, in my opinion, far too underrated, and his scores for movies like CRITTERS 3 and WISHMASTER 2 are surprisingly interesting: CRITTERS 3 and many other scores of his are still unreleased, though)...

My favourite Perseverance-release so far is Philip Landro's CRYPT OF THE LIVING DEAD. Highly recommended!
