Fred Steiner passed away in 2011.
I communicated breifly with him a year or two before that. I spoke ever so breifly with him on the phone. I assure you I didn't speak to a ghost.

The composer of the Theme from Perry Mason and many other film and TV scores would be 90th today. Fred passed away in June of 1988. His music lives on. |

Yes, LLL had to catch their TNG Vol. 1 booklet before it was printed to make a late correction and dedication to Fred Steiner, whose only score for The Next Generation was included in the set (complete!) Too bad he couldn't have lived another couple years to see all his work for TOS released... Yavar |
