Midnight Run is quite different in style to his other work. I too also like midnight run.

Just booked our tickets to see Danny Elfman at the Royal Albert Hall in Oct. Really excited! Interesting how little output their has been for Mr Elfman on our beloved Intrada label. I know he had a few tracks on the amazing stories album but that's all. I wonder why? |

Speaking of Elfman I wouldn't mind seeing his Black Beauty reissued and possibly also expanded. There was quite a lot of music in the movie... and the album wasn't that long... btw that concert could be interesting BUT since it is Elfman/Burton only it seems that some of his best scores won't be even considered as part of the programme, which is quite disappointing - especially in case of Sommersby, Black Beauty or most recent Oz. I will probably travel to Vienna instead to see Horner concert just a few days prior to this. |
