This is very good news indeed! Let's hope they continue on in the Morris vein-- he had so many wonderful genre-comedy scores, and most haven't been issued on CD, or even on LP.

Finaly after almost 20 years of waiting one of the best parody scores will finally be released! SPACEBALLS: THE SCORE: 19th Anniversary Edition! Music by John Morris Limited Edition of 3000 units. First official release! The complete score to the Mel Brooks classic! August TANGO & CASH Music by Harold Faltermeyer Limited Edition of 3000 units. First official release! The complete score to the wild Sly Stallone/Kurt Russell actioner! Don't know as anyone else, but John Morris work on Mel Brooks films and Spaceballs especially, is now the CD I am looking forward the most probably could top also Superman Returns or any current blockbuster and even overshadowing Chris Young's surprising release of Unfinished Life... I am very grateful that La La Land has made one of my longest dreams finally come true! |

His work for Brooks is great. Especially in the 70s. There were rumours for months that this score is going to be released. |
