I know very little about Disney films in general, so I'm sure there are many pleasant surprises out there for people like me. Interestingly, Intrada released the majority of Disney scores that I am aware of and was clamoring for (i.e., Condorman, White Fang, and Horner's Something Wicked and Natty Gann). If Intrada's tastes remain mostly aligned with mine, we'll probably soon see Goodwin's Unidentified Flying Oddball and One of Our Dinosaurs is Missing, as well as Mandel's Escape to Witch Mountain and Schifrin's Return from Witch Mountain. |

Hey, if I can help in any way to speed things up (take some of the time burden off you guys); go through episodes and identify cues, what not, let me know. |

I noticed that "The Ghost and The Darkness" was mentioned. If Intrada does this one, ooooooooohhhhh boy. That means Goldsmith's two "Africa" scores (The Ghost and The Darkness and Congo) will be out, and by the same label. |

Just wanted to express my support for the idea of releasing Ron Jones' DuckTales score too. It's an incredibly beautiful, melodic score for an outstanding TV series, and one of the first that introduced me to the world of film/TV music right in my childhood. I emailed Ron Jones regarding this a few years back and he certainly seemed to be quite supportive of having it released if it does happen. Fingers crossed. Oh, and great analysis there, kenisu! |
