Intrada Soundtrack Forum

Yesterday I received my first order made directly with Intrada's shop (Condorman & The Sand Pebbles).
Previously I had bought Intrada CDs through other outlets and had been used to orders arriving with cracked jewel cases or CD trays with broken teeth so the disc falls out as you open the case.

I was delighted to receive my Intrada order in a secure packet with bubblewrap between the two sets of CDs to protect them so they arrived intact. So different from my previous experience from other outlets.

So a big thank you to all at Intrada's shop.

Intrada's 'white box' shipping is the equivalent of Michalangelo's Sistine Chapel. It's just a beautiful thing.

Except for Varese Sarabande Club titles (which I order direct from Varese to save myself the surcharge), I buy ALL my new releases from all other soundtrack labels from the Intrada store -- for reliably sturdy deliveries, as well as to help my favorite label's revenue stream.

Being a longtime Intrada store purchaser... I can honestly say that their standards are excellent. Nice sturdy boxes with a small, but very effective cushion of bubble wrap. Wiggle room is always low (which protects things as well).

Whether your order is one cd, or multiple (hey, I have done both several times over the many years), the standards have been there.

Another thing that is great... and this is strictly from another angle of information and customer service... Any time there has been an issue (whether small or large)... Intrada has been notified, respond and the issue has been taken care of in record time. They are really a class act.

While we're all praising Intrada's packaging, I think I need to put my two cents in...

Great work Intrada. Nice and secure, nothing is ever damaged or scratched, everything comes in pristine, and shipping is pretty fast.

Only thing missing is tracking number, but I don't need it. I know I'll get what I order, quickly and safely.

I keep finding reasons to praise Intrada, LLLR, SAE and FSM. I guess they are doing things right.
