Intrada Soundtrack Forum

So I hit this used CD store tonight. I like to go there because they have an incredible selection of soundtracks, but I always get frustrated because everything's WAAAAY overpriced and they NEVER have sales. Put it this way, any used Varese CD (Not Club) is at least $12 and "Dances With Wolves" and "Titanic" used...goes for $7 to $8. So I'm going through their hundreds of soundtracks and I'm finding some good stuff, but it's the usual high prices and I'm thinking "Why am I even here?" when all of a sudden I see "Point Break" on La La Land...somehow priced at $4!!!!! So I flip out and keep looking...then I find "Scrooged" on La La Land for $4. To top it all off, I found "Shawshenk Rememption" for $6. I thought for sure I would get to the register and they would tell me the titles are out of print and jack up the prices (Like they did once to me before) but no go. I don't know who screwed up at the store, but I got all three for $14. Totally psyched! I walked out shaking.

It's a good feeling to find what you want at an affordable price. The totally unexpected suddenly in your hands for a few scant dollars, the sudden change of mood and pulse rate.
