The discussion does bring up the interesting point of having to go through an overwhelming amount of content in order to decide what music to include.
Recommendations from fans of the shows can be very useful in this regard (didn't La-La Land do this to an extent for their work on The X-Files?). Battlestar Galactica enthusiasts notwithstanding, I'm sure even the most hardcore of fans would be content with getting just a few discs of the musical highlights for their favorite shows.
I, and I'm sure others, would be more than willing to provide suggestions to Intrada regarding many of the beloved Universal TV shows.
