Some interesting suggestions over at FSM, including mine own for Morton Stevens' WHEELS (Universal-TV 1978) My all-time top grail, which Stevens received an emmy nomination for his wonderful score to this great miniseries: http://filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts ... &archive=0 |

Delerue's Anne Of The Thousand Days and A Little Sex would do just fine. |

It's nice to see such strong support in that thread for the television works of Oliver Nelson, Gil Melle & Billy Goldenberg, as well as the Airport scores. I'm sure Intrada has considered just about all of the Universal film and television scores that are not extremely obscure and unmarketable. Assuming a large number of the these are in the clear and ready to work on, it is probably a bit overwhelming to decide what to give priority amongst the scores from other studios. |

I'd love to see a release of Carter Burwell's score to FEAR (1996). The Flintstones and its sequel are high on my list, too! ![]() |

Doug and Roger have been surprisingly mum about this new series, not even mentioning it in the press release for Charade. In fact, the only two mentions of it have come from Doug's New Year's Day Doug's Corner, and Roger's clue for the May 29th batch. Perhaps the scope of the series has changed as the year has gone on? |

INTO THE NIGHT (1985) - Composed by Ira Newborn and BB King. One of my favourite comedy scores. |

Surprised nobody's suggested this yet: Jurassic Park and The Lost World. |

It is probably because those scores have something like 70 minutes on CD. There might be a decent amount of music missing (I have no idea), but it is natural for people to focus on unreleased scores or scores that received really botched releases. That said, I'm sure the complete Jurassic Park scores are in demand. |

It would be cool if Doug or Roger could clue us in on what we might expect from this new series. Not specific titles, just a general idea like they did for the Disney line. |
