I really feel this is magnificent score, guys. It has a beautiful melody/theme littered through a bunch of variations on the disc, and it's just a beautifully composed score from head-to-toe. What's there not to like? I never understood why no one talks about this record. It's fantastic, and while the Sony release could use a little more 'punch,' as they say, I've been very proud to say I own this release. I've always held it in high regard and consider it one of my favorite scores from the 1990's. Anyone care to add anything? |

It's one of my favorite Basil Poledouris scores and I'm a sucker for Lassie films. |
