I have just heard this score and must say that it is one of Beltramis best work to date. As we all know he was a protege to Mr Goldsmith and the funny thing when I listen to Soul Surfer , I immediatly comes to think of Jerrys own Ghost and the Darkness (which was his best from the mid 90´s - forward)
I did not know about Soul Surfer until I came upon some tracks from Beltramis site and noticed that this had gotten a download/cd-r release only, but it is a score worth purchasing...
