The latest issue of Gramophone magazine(Yes... magazines ARE still published!), has a cover story on John Barry, in addition to about a dozen other articles on filmmusic in general.

Magazines are not collectible. They don't have jewel cases that can be broken. Discussion of magazines is futile... |

Well Terry, I thank you for posting your notice about the magazine and articles. The day I saw your post my local Borders store had only the preceding month's issue, but two days ago I found the Barry edition. I wouldn't have come across this without your mention, and I appreciate having it to file among my film-music literature. I'll make up that 10 bucks this month from somewhere else! |
