So can we get any kind of confirmation of Eh Tar's information from Doug or someone? If his information is correct I would potentially be willing to spend my money....if not I will prolly hold off. Thx.

We assumed by this stage CCM was only sending out corrected discs. But apparently that old adage about never assuming anything still holds true.

For what it's worth, the number of returns we're seeing are minimal, which suggests either we've had some good batches in here or the problem is perceived as simply a minor annoyance by most listeners. In any case, we always make refunds or exchanges with a smile.

Well, I just picked up The Witches of Eastwick at my local retailer. Sadly, it's the flawed issue. It won't be a problem to return it to the store, but I'd rather have the corrected issue than my money back. Too bad you have to open the CD in order to check for it.
