Someone should contact SCREEN ARCHIVES and ask if they are going to be, in fact, carrying the defective copy or a repressed version with correction of the defects.

About COLLECTOR'S CHOICE, their replying emails leave a lot to be desired, not just in how they seem to be handling the situation from a customer service point of view, but who ever is sending out the responding emails is either very lackadaisical and indifferent, or is unable to be intelligible in their ability to address the greater need of their customer's inquiries. Seriously, from the correspondences that I've gotten, I've wondered just how old the person was who was getting back to me. As it stands so far, they haven't in the least come across as being very responsible about a faulty product or in how they're gong to handle it. By this point, they should have gotten enough complaints that they could have addressed the issue by posting something on their web-site or set out a press release. This is not a company that takes their product or their customer seriously or with any due respect.

I will think twice about buying another product from them in the future.

Does anyone know if the CD version of EASTWICK, currently in INTRADA's NEW RELEASES, is that the same pressing with the flaws on the same track?

Thanks, Doug. Sure would like to know if COLLECTORS CHOICE takes their customers serioulsy or not. And you're correct, their customer service pretty much sucks! To this point, I will most likley never buy any of their products again. At least until they corect their defective products and start treating their customers with soome due respect.

I second this fair opinion... Still waiting for a commercial issue about my clicking CD of Witches of Eastwick. A CDR boot would be neater than this...

Three Amigos has just been released by Collector's Choice, and I was truly interested in this title, but mp3s will just be fine for me.
