Finally, a world premiere Horner score from FSM. And I'm really, really loving what I'm hearing. This was a fantastic time for James Horner, and his layers of instrumentation sound incredible! Is it just me or does it seem that pairing a Goldsmith with a Horner is asking for trouble? I would have preferred The Homecoming together with another JG score... any JG score, but not with a James Horner score. Just doesn't seem right for some reason. |

No Horner fan would be offended, but I guess a whole bunch of Goldsmith's fans will be... I'm quite happy to have them both (even being more a Horner fan than a Goldsmith one) |
