I agree with Ed's remarks wholeheartedly. I received my TOMBSTONE replacement, yesterday. Hassle-free matters to me as a consumer and Intrada delivers that in spades. Rather than using my initial copy for coasters (nor am I at a point in my life where I suspend CDs from my rear view mirror, in the car, for ornamentation), I will pass it along to my son who does have an appreciation for Bruce Broughton's music. b. |

I'll toss in my thanks as well... I received my replacement cd on Tuesday. The fact that Intrada would go to such great lengths to correct a minor problem is, in today's business world especially, astonishing. Sometimes I have trouble getting replacements for FAR more sigificantly flawed products. You guys have just earned some extra orders from me. Back at ya later |

I'd like to add my voice to this chorus... I had heard about the offer of replacement discs, but hadn't got around to requesting one (and, indeed, might not have at all since I didn't find it to be that much of a detraction); imagine my suprise when I got a package in the mail from Intrada today, and my delight to realize what had occurred. Very classy. You guys are awesome. And Tombstone is a terrific release.
