Home Movies is the highlight of the current batch for me, fun score! This release just happened to coincide with my purchase of another twelve (and counting) Donaggio CDs so far this week. Very pleasant surprise.

Yeah, the samples sounded fine to me. Not tip top quality, but I don't know where people are getting this 'some is in mono' bit, at least fromt he samples. The first part of 'The Mystery Woman' is a bit centered, but it seems to be because of the instruments used. Listening later there's very clear strings on the left, etc.

(That said, if there ARE any actual mono cues, I may have to send an angry letter to Varese....)

Mr. Feigelson is correct, in fact Michael Matessino posted a response in the thread at FSM. FP is indeed mono. Actually it was somewhat obvious in listening to the sound clips it wasn't true stereo. But the clips still sound excellent, regardless of the material's sources.
