Just for fun.... I predict that in 2010, we will see the release of the following scores: (In no particular order) Players(Goldsmith) Black Sunday(Williams) The Man(Goldsmith) 2010(Shire) Islands in the Stream(Goldsmith) Flatliners(Newton Howard) The Rare Breed(Williams) The List of Adrian Messenger(Goldsmith) Gremlins(Goldsmith) And possibly Silent Running(Schickele) Oh... and OBSESSION(Herrmann)!!! These are JUST predictions! What are YOUR predictions?? |

I think there will be a collection of all the Rocky scores incl. DiColas. also, Gremlins will be out in 2010 along with the extended Link by Goldsmith Then I hope I have convinced Doug and Roger to release some more Jay Chattaway, need I say RELENTLESS , and Maniac Cop 1&2 and as we have seen two great Charles Bernstein CDs this year (and White Lightning is in progress, I hope Intrada also visits Love at First Bite (with that funky vampire Hamilton) and due summer, we will se the complete Back to the Future Part 2, followed by Part 3 during next Christmas Maybe some more stuff from the Cannon Vault like those Ninja Movies Oh GOD, I can here Rogers voice now like "GET OUT!!!!! (in an Amityville Horror kind of sounding voice) |

Not exactly prediction, but I certainly hope that someone does MYSTERIES OF PITTSBURG. I would also welcome a few James Horner's scores with open arms. There i still so much waiting to be discovered |

I think it will finally Spartacus time, to celebrate it's 50th anniversary and the centenary of North's birth. Of course some Goldsmith like Gremlins. Lalo Schifrin's Airport '79. Family Plot by John Williams. If it's possible The Goonies by Grusin too. In country, one of many fine unreleased Horner scores. And Strange Invaders by John Addison, that's all to start 2010. |

Since Intrada has been publishing a fair bit of Universal Special Markets stuff, wouldn't Spartacus be in the works here? |

I'm praying to the gods for atleast 1 of my grails to be released in 2010. AN INNOCENT MAN - Howard Shore (1989) - Touchstone THE OCTAGON - Richard Halligan (1980) - American Cinema GOD'S GUN - Sante Maria Romitelli (1976) - MGM/Cannon With all the cool "obscure" titles Intrada brought this year (Seven Magnificent Gladiators - Scarecrows etc), my grail's does'nt seem all that farfetched. But to really predict a future title in 2010, As LaLaLand released INNERSPACE my guess is that they have GREMLINS right up their sleve... ...and since Intrada brought forth Mr. MAJESTYK & THE ENTITY, my hopes are that they will bring out Bernstein's LOVE AT FIRST BITE in 2010. |

The Lonely Guy/General With the Cockeyed ID (Goldsmith) My Science Project (P. Bernstein) SpaceCamp (Williams, LP version by Colletors Music) Brotherhood of the Hand Bride of ReAnimator (Band) Air Force One: Deluxe Edition (Goldsmith, McNeely, AND R. Newman) Outland (Goldsmith) Midnight Run (Elfman) My Father, the Hero (D. Newman) Legal Eagles (Bernstein) An American Werewolf in London (Bernstein) Tom and Jerry and Tex Avery Two (Bradley) Black Rain (Zimmer) Black Christmas (Walker) Troy (Yared) As much as I would love to have Explorers, I just don't see it in the crystal ball. I have no basis on these predictions, unless naming random scores is a mystic power. |
