Two grails in one week... But more than that, InnerSpace is my number one grail of all fucking time. One of my favourite movies growing up (the VHS was watched endlessly as a teenager) and some of the music I've most wanted to relive as well. I got so desperate a couple of years ago I attempted my own rip from the surround sound stems on the DVD, but SFX got in the way of all but a few moments. The moment that order goes through on Tuesday you may well hear my squeal of joy on the other side of the world. (Doubly loud if I manage to find the funds for The Fugitive as well) This is a banner week in my music loving life. |

I can't say that Innerspace was my number one holy grail (that has still to be released - Hook complete), but I will order a copy that's sure. |

Me too, of course. But, I've a small whis more in this year, after Dr. Kildare, Lonely are the brave, One little indian, Twilight zone, Sebastian, In harms way, Cain's hundred, Capricorn one, The trouble with angels, Rent-a-cop, Escape from the planet of the apes, IQ & Seconds and this last release Innerspace. Why not Gremlins

This is a terrific week, what a stellar year ! The best I lived about re-editions. The news from Lalaland of a complete edition from Innerspace is huge. What is also fantastic is that it means that the Geffen vaults have been opened. It means only one thing: sooner or later, Gremlins will follow ! |
