Hi, folks, I was listening to E.T. this afternoon, and I wondered what instruments Mr. Williams used on Main Title cue. It sounds so alienate and mistery. Did he used acoustic or electronic instruments? Maybe some musicians here in the forum knows it very well, and it would be nice if Doug could answer my question. Thanks in advance

If I remember well, it should be a rubbered tam-tam (i.e.: a rubber ball scrubbed on a tam-tam) |
