I also love his Neil Jordan work on COMPANY OF WOLVES & HIGH SPIRITS and you can throw in WE'RE NO ANGELS too. I especially love the climatic music for the falls. It's very Herrmannesque. 84 CHARING CROSS ROAD is a nice smaller score and I love the over the top nature of FINAL ANALYSIS which I wish were a lot longer. James |

I only know Groundhog Day, but I love that score. Especially when you consider what could've been put on it, I think Fenton really did a good job with it. The love theme is wonderful (and there are actually some unreleased cues which utilize part of it in more humorous ways), and "Drunks" and "The Kidnap and the Quarry" are both some nice chase cues, with the former being delightfully quirky. What I've heard of "Deep Blue" was excellent." |
