I just caught Kevin Costner's film The Guardian on HBO HD the other night and was blown away!!! Andrew Davis' direction was awesome and I really enjoyed the story depicting the training of rescue divers for the U.S. Coast Guard. Trevor Rabin's score was awesome but as usual... where the heck is a score soundtrack for the film????? I noticed on ITunes there was a "Guardian Suite" track listed last on the album for download but come on....!!!! Maybe I'm whining for nothing.. does anyone know if there was a score album released or ever tentatively planned? Yet... another great score lost on the film music adoring public for who knows what reason! |
