Doug, Are you guys into video game scores? I know you have released a few in the past. I've been sampling a bunch of these lately, and have come upon some really good A-list kind of music. The best so far has been GOD OF WAR II by Gerald K. Marino et al. Big, brassy, jagged and overblown stuff, but very complex- and a "knockout" listen! It's CONAN THE BARBARIAN meets CAPRICORN ONE. Also really enjoyed PRIMAL and MEDIEVAL RESURRECTION (Bob & Barn), BLADESTORM (Christopherson), and ADVENT RISING (Tallarico), as well as the MEDAL OF HONOR and CALL OF DUTY series (Giacchino, Lennertz, Joel Goldsmith). Also, some good direct downloads from Jeremy Soule from SUPREME COMMANDER and GUILD WARS- EYE OF THE NORTH. Many other good ones. Any thoughts? SCOTT |
