Personally I consider The Three Musketeers to be Legrand's finest hour. And if someone releases Castle Keep I'll be one happy bunny. The tracks issued on the Legrand box set were tantalising, but unfortunately in average-sounding mono. The score sounds great in stereo on the DVD. |

Thanks Ed and James for the intel - I can only imagine what BH had to say! I suppose guys like Legrand, Barry, Schifrin were viewed as the Zimmer/Remote Control types by the golden agers back then, destroying film after film with their mod sound! |
