Mark Snow's first movie, though techinically a TV movie, has a quiet lovely orchestra score (showing a side of Snow htat has vanished almost entirely). There are clips of the entire movie (in 8 to 9min edits) on Youtube.com. Is there any chance for this 1976 score to see the light of day? And who did Snow study under? |

Mark Snow news from Universal France: "Prochaine sortie : janvier 2008, anthologie Alain Resnais avec notamment des partitions signées Giovanni Fusco, Georges Delerue, Miklos Rosza, Arié Dzierlatka, Philippe-Gérard, Stephen Sondheim, John Pattison, Bruno Fontaine, Mark Snow" It seems that this sampler will include some of Snow score for Resnais' "Coeurs" . Resnais hired Snow because he liked his scores for the X Files. |

There's also a 21min promo, but Snow seems to get the raw end of the stick -- evne with his famous TVC work, in CD representation. |
