The beowulf march heard in the suite at the silvestri concert pretty much blew everything i have heard this year out of the water. Now the year isn't over yet and maybe james newton howards waterhorse or i am legend or whatever else comes up in fall/christmas may have even better themes... who knows, they are not even recorded yet. I just find it strange that there something like "best ... of the year" when the year isn't even over. |
