I think that Roger eserves a HUGE pat on the back for hanging in there for 6 years and dealing with a Paramount Pictures to get this released. I hope that he didn't miss out of watching his children grow up during that time and getting to see their 3rd set of teeth come in. One question though, and this gets asked all the time about composers, but besides the obvious, how much involvement/influence did Broughton actually have in bringing this project to reality? - Scorehead |

Ordered ! Just when I thought my bank account was safe: you pull me back in!!! ![]() ![]() I seem to remember some raving score review in Soundtrack! magazine many years ago, lamenting the fact it was not released on vinyl. Well, all good things come to those who can wait... Cheers! |

Ordered... I'm not too familiar with the score (although I have seen the film many, many years ago), but the fact of the matter is that I've yet to go wrong with a Broughton score. I ordered Eloise on a whim, knowing nothing about it, and it is just absolutely delightful. And seeing the kind of enthusiasm that the release has been getting, it looks like I'm in for a treat. |
