Hello all,
my first trade of CD(rs) is almost exactly six years ago now. It was a CDr of the Oscar promo of Goldsmith's masterful Mulan. Sounded great, but as a CDr, it wasn't really *the* thing.
Five years ago, a friend burned me a copy of Horner's Apollo 13 (also the Oscar promo). Also great music, much better than on the OST.
Since I always go after the real thing, if any possible, I spent the past five + years trying to acquire these two CDs.
Finally, I can report success:
(I know I look weird...it's 1am, and I just had a bottle of Russian beer. One bottle too many...
)
I am very happy at the moment but I dread the next day, which will surely balance out this windfall with something less pleasant.
But for the moment...BOOYAH!
