That generous 'one per customer' policy made it possible for me to grab a copy of Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte. I had not enough money when the title was beginning to run low but due to the limit I was still able to get a copy. That's what I call a customer friendly service. Unlike Varese where you always have to fear that a newly released 1000 unit edition is sold out before you even come home from work/studies.

Thank you so much for that limitation.

i also love Varese's cd as Intrada products, but i am almost sure they are interested on selling all copies as soon as possible!i presume they don't want to risk!!!...and especially for 1000 copies titles my friend!

My big thanks for 'one per customer' as well. I always end grabbing each album in the last day.
It works well for both sides: to me, it creates a better relation to Intrada than to, say, Varese, so then I always prefer buying the Intrada products (unless we're talking some particular case). Sweet Charlotte should be here next week.

I'd like to buy as soon as possible HUSH HUSH.....I know this is an incredible masterwork..
anyway some minutes ago i found intrada store received from RUSSIA a new cd of LA PIOVRA!!!!How have to spend my money?
Maybe in this forum someone should open a section named: What score i have to give priority!!!
....always the same problem!!!

We started trying to limit the number of copies an individual could purchase when someone once ordered multiple copies and abused things. We limited what we would send him so other people had a chance and he promptly ordered under a different name at the same address. We elected not to ship him any more copies and he finally tried to sneak in with his close neighbors and relatives ordering it. We grew suspicious with all these orders coming in from the same general area that very afternoon! We just had to pull the plug on him, entirely.
