I'll bet that subject line caught your attention!!!! lol I just noticed that GNP Crescendo has reissued Star Trek II and my question is this: will Intrada carry it in their catalog and if so, how soon will that pop up in the James Horner section? My motivation for asking is my best solution as a consequence of a larger problem that I've run into with other online soundtrack dealers. Judging by past comments, it appears that many other faithful Intrada customers have encountered the same problem: poor customer service!!!!! I don't want to bash them by name but with some of these guys, it takes over a month for 1 stinkin' CD to be delivered! Some of these dealers are in southern California and I live there too... what's the hold up??? Anyway, I would just prefer to order all of my CD's through Intrada if possible because at least the stuff arrives in a reasonable amount of time. IF there ever is a hold up with my order, I'm notified immediately and I REALLY appreciate that! You guys at Intrada are awesome! Thanks so much for the great service. P.S. The one order I made with Moviemusic was shipped before the estimated date (it had a preorder) and everything was fine, plus they have that nice 3+ CD for $1 shipping deal... As for "those other guys", I've said a number of times my beef with them, on FSM's board (and possibly here) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone stay far away from them. SAE I've actually had a couple of issues too, but they were minor... Intrada, never had an issue to my memory. -Joshua |
