One of my favorite Goldsmith scores. Considering how many of his works have ended up on unauthorized, expanded discs, it's surprising that this -- such a seminal work -- never has. Obviously, when one considers that Goldsmith's oeuvre has pretty much been the centerpoint of the offerings from Varèse, FSM, and Intrada, it's pretty certain that Robert Townson, Lukas Kendall, or Doug Fake would move heaven and earth to get the rights to the tracks if they were at all available. |
