While I thought the quantity levels for Enemy Mine and Man on Fire were much too low, I expected Die Hard 2 to reach low quantity status within a day. As such, I'll leave the guessing to Varese even though Intrada's model does seem to be working very well for them as well as the buyers who wish or need to wait a bit before putting in their orders.

I'm just glad that these were released at all. It seems like Varese has big plans for their 35th anniversary, and this is a dynamite start.

Yep, I remember when the 1000 copy titles would always sell out in a day (on the Varese site anyway). Even a CD of the album Magic Fire, Korngold's arrangments of Wagner's music, in mono!
