Gerald Fried's interview is now up:

http://www.RejectedFilmScores.150m.com/ ... w.html#TOP

I hope you all enjoy. If the "jump to" feature doesn't work, scroll down a little; the ad coding messes with it sometimes, and I had to move it down so it didn't lap over the banner.

Being the busy bee I am, I am in the process of trying to get four more people to do interviews. :-)

Taking questions for an interview with:

Ian Freebairn-Smith

He's composed for such shows as:

"Magnum, pi"
"M*A*S*H"
"Cagney & Lacey"

Standard two weeks taking questions.

Proud to announce, again, two more interviews:

Orchestrator Patrick Russ, who had a logn working relationship with such composers as Elmer Bernstein and Maurice Jarre.
If I can get other people to reply, this will be a series of interview to follow where I talk to other people -- like himself -- who work in other aspects of the scoring world aside from the actual composing.

And Michael Convertino.

Since Mr. Russ has worked with such people, I decided to extend the question taking time to three weeks for him.

Convertino questions will be taken anywhere from a month to three months, so ... no excuse to drag one in at the last second.

Again, as a banned FSM member, I can't get over there to post and let people suggest, so if anybody wants to do that, feel free.

:-)

Russ is busy, that's why there's been a delay, but it's coming. Will have a unique image banner, by the way.

Next up on the chopping block:

David Bell.

As with Chattaway, I am extending my normal two week window for questions suggesting, and moving it to a full month.

Any good and/or interesting questions might get used.

Okay, next up for interview is the guy who everybody keeps wondering about, keeps asking what happened to him, every curious what he is up to ... the mysterious:

Brad Fiedel

As with Bell, I am extending the question taking time to one month, so you all got plenty of time to think of questions.

After a year delay, interview with Christopher Page is up.
http://rejectedfilmscores.150m.com/chri ... rview.html

Next up for interview is music editor Bob Badami
CREDITS: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0045941/

I'm fairly certain, by that picture on his page, that his mustache could beat up tom Selleck's in a fight.

Normally I would do two week of question taking, but the holidays makes this all wonky. I'll take questions until the 26th.
