It would have been fantastic to hear the chorus from Waxing Elizabeth separated from the orchestral version as well. Despite what others have said, the two chants are actually quite different. The biggest difference is probably the central "procession" piece (I call it that because it's the scene in which Elizabeth is being carried over to the sacrificial casket) of Waxing Elizabeth and its repeat at the end of the track. It's the only time in either chant when the chorus sings the "Rame Tep, Etare Homentep, Etare Syristep" verse in a loud and dynamic way as opposed to the hushed verses of Rame Tep.
However, my favorite part of either chant is the lengthy overlap between male and female voices in Rame Tep (the part in which the men begin to sing "El Maltemal tey han de brahn mobbit" while the women continue with the "Rame Tep, Etare Homentep, Etare Syristep" verse. This overlap is 4 times longer in "Rame Tep" than "Waxing Elizabeth" so, in the long run, I'm glad that's the chorus we got because it's my preferred of the two.
