SOLD OUT!!!! And I just placed my order 5 minutes ago!

Cripes that was quick, means I only scraped in by 20 minutes *shiver*.

Can't help but feel for anyone that might have been away.

Usually with the announcement of what I call high impact titles such as Explorers, there's this made scramble to obtain a copy. I have several friends in England who don't always manage to order in time, so I like to step in and order for them. In this case, I ordered three. One for me and the two for dear old Blighty. Thanks to Doug's policy change, this gives my friends the chance to order Explorers themselves, so I have cancelled two of the CDs, which Intrada was very nice to accept. Thanks guys, dealing with your label is always a joy. Hopefully, this will go some to having an effect on the EBay speculators as well.

Yes. However the CD isn't sold out anymore. Intrada will press more copies.

I'm so excited to see this release as well... and the revised limited editions policy. My gut tells me that there will be some long-awaited releases coming soon that customers will go bonkers over and hopefully, all will get copies.

I lucked out yesterday thanks to a really deep black hole of conversation that I found myself stuck in. While suffering for it to end, my Blackberry buzzed through with the Monday afternoon Intrada emails that I always look forward to... and to my incredible surprise and delight I saw the posting for Explorers! Wow... I saw this movie several times in theaters when it was released and I must have played my LP copy of the soundtrack to death.

Thank you Intrada for making the complete version of this score available and saving my from a seriously boring, death-inducing conversation! (I ordered my copy over my BB while the person droned on talking... my excuse was that I had an urgent work-related issue to deal with over the phone...) hahahahaha

I thnk the second pressing should be individually hand-numbered in classic-style calligraphy, and the numberer must ONLY use the ink of the über-rare giant squid, applied with a hand-plucked tail feather from the California condor. Additionally, each copy MUST be hand-delivered with an individually-prepared basket of fruit. By the way, I don't like bananas, strawberries, apples. plums, or grapes - if any of that is in my individually-prepared basket of fruit, you can be sure that there SHALL be consequences!

Here's an idea... No run number given on second pressing with a back inlay replacement offered to those with the 3000 pressing. That'll confused hell out of the speculators.
