All great suggestions and I didn't even realize Shogun Mayeda was an Intrada release...I'd love it if they went back and redid all their John Scott titles in particular...

I just remembered one I've been wanting to get my hands on ever since I saw the miniseries: Laurence Rosenthal's The Bourne Identity -- great score! If it were reissued I'd grab it...afraid it might fall under the "it hardly sold in its original release" category, though. But maybe with the new film franchise it'd sell a lot better!

Unfortunately I don't think an expanded Magdalene is in the cards if they're still sitting on copies of their 1988 album in their current catalogue...but as a huge Cliff Eidelman fan I'd love to be wrong. For now I'll cherish the original album, and recommend other people pick it up because they actually still can!

Whoa! I just realized that they actually went back and provided a 600x600 cover for even this super early album since it's still in print!

We should also include some of those promotional CDs only...
Several Chris Young's CD still left - especially Murder at 1600, Urban Legend (was Sweet November from Intrada too?)
and a couple of Marco's offering actually less than 1/2 of the scores in all cases - especially Deep Water needs expansion badly, The Faculty should also be available in more complete form.

As far as re-releases of Intrada's promos go, Young Sherlock Holmes is by far the one I would most like to have. It's good to know that Intrada will indeed give it an official release.

The Chris Young promos are biggies as well. With Hush recently taken care of, it would be nice if Urban Legend is next in line.

Yes, if we open it up to composer promos that Doug and Co. helped produce, the number grows considerably -- might even warrant a second topic. For the official Intrada releases the full list is here:

The "old" titles I'm talking about are the VJF, FMT, and RVF lines, as well as the (still-going) MAF line up until Poledouris's Love and Treason (2001) or Cmiral's Bones (2003 score release for 2001 film), after which point there was a two year break before the MAF line was resumed with its mission shifted from focusing on current/semi-current scores to definitive unlimited editions of classic scores (Wind and the Lion, Alien, Tombstone, Silverado, etc.) with only the very occasional current/semi-current release (ie. Tale of Despereaux)

Speaking of Christopher Young, who else would be interested in new editions of the scores featured in Intrada's Cinema Septet (VJF 5001D) or Def-Con 4 (MAF 7010D) sets? Since they were before my time I haven't heard them or secured copies for myself, but other people around longer than I have told me good things...

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Intrada again for releasing one of my favorite Poledouris scores early in their MAF line: Quigley Down Under -- I've cherished it for many years and just put it on again.
