I'm about half way through the "Feeling..." thread over on the FSM board and can't stop thinking about Dean Chambers and his ilk. Any input that does not support a chosen view of the world is dismissed as invalid - Joe Sikoryak being accused of lying about how much design work he has going on to cover for Doug, or whatever it was, in particular.
I can't imagine a sane record label guy taking a flyer on a wonderfully obscure, yet compulsively listenable score like "Condorman" if the business is falling off a cliff. Maybe that's what's REALLY going on - Doug has gone LOONY!!!

LATER: Now a guy has declared that box sets, Golden Age releases, and non-Hollywood blockbuster scores simply are not viable any more and that labels must stop releasing them or face the consequences. *sarcasm on* I sure hope Doug and Roger are paying close attention to this untapped source of record label expertise in their future endeavors.

LATERER: OMFG, dude's auditioning for a gig writing fortune cookies! "Remember; profit is found in the lung, and is why a company can breathe. Passion comes from the heart, but can often fill the lungs with blood." Be mindful, eager young label dudes, that your profits do not end up in your liver!
