Being a fan of C. Young's horror scores I purchased this one blindly, having never heard about the film. And what a fantastic score and album this is!
It is a "traditional" Young suspense score and therefore do not expect it to be very different to other scores of his for thrillers, but it has all that is great about his scores, fantastic dissonant cues, a great action motiv and, above all, beautifull themes highlighted by their piano and choral performances.
Many thanks to Intrada for releasing such a fantastic score!

Yes, this score may be typical Christopher Young suspense score... but, "typical" for Mr. Young is nothing short of brilliant in every way. Haunting main theme. Classy action when needed. I love this score, and always have.

With this and THE CORE... I do hope Intrada continues going back to their promo scores of the past and putting them out for everyone. URBAN LEGEND and MURDER AT 1600 would be WONDERFUL!

Anyhow, hats off to Intrada for releasing this score.
