They could spend a decade on just TV scoring from Universal, and still only get just under the surface.

Maybe a seperate line, MAFTV, or some such.

If you want Intrada to keep releasing titles on your wish list, I strongly suggest that you purchase CHARADE (and HATARI! too). I'm hoping that these new titles sell extremely well so that Doug and Roger are encouraged to release more of the same.

I'm thinking of all the great scores of the 1950's, the Universal International films. Backlash would be great. Preserve all of it one score at a time. It's an important part of American culture. 900 years from now when whatever being in existence is picking through the clutter and noise of the past, the good will sparkle and glow like elusive precious gems while so much garbage will be swept aside like common dust.

Wonder what the other 6 titles are. Plus 87 titles (total 100) will be newly rereleased on BluRay and remastered in HD. I think CHARADE is just the beginning and I hope that Intrada will have many more to come....99 to go

So now I have to question Universal: Did they open their vaults, or did they do something like: "It's our 100th anniversary, and here are the only titles we will allow to be licensed out, so we can have some promotion on our films"?

It's a legitimate question -- all this talk about studio branding and a big deal. Is it only a short lived big deal for properly timed promotion, or is it a REAL big deal where we can look forward to years and any title they are willing to let out and Intrada is willing to plunk money down for.

And I didn't deman information, I asked a question. If I were demanding, I assure you I'd word it far, far differently.
