I'm not sure that's really fair to Doug. He did say,
"By the way, always hang on to hope. While it's not high on my list, that's mainly because so many other scores are. I have lots of wants still. People sometimes say there's not much left to release but I sure can come up with a list a mile long. Old scores from the 1930's and 1940's, 1950's, stuff I grew up hoping for in the 1960's and 1970's, endless TV scores, episode scores, expanded stuff by the dozens, countless treasures in the Disney vaults, you name it.
So your Ron Jones hopes are certainly worth holding on to as well.

And afterward I suggested since there's clearly interest he could hand off the project to his friend and colleague Lukas Kendall, Ron Jones fan extraordinaire...all he has to do is give him the keys to Disney. Maybe Lukas could even get TV music expert Jon Burlingame on the project.
And Junior Bonner was Roger's call. It was going to be a lot of trouble to do for some reason and when a certain poster kept hassling him and annoying him to no end he decided to give up on it and publicly say so. Can't say as I blame him, even if I do want the score out as well. However, if the tapes survive I think all you need do is be patient, because Nick Redman, tireless advocate of all things Fielding, will I'm sure find some way to get it out on some label.

P.S. Thanks for the reply, Doug. It also gave me some hope as regards my Signature series question as well. Hopefully it isn't dead even if it's slowed significantly due to all of your high profile releases.
