As a general discussion point, I was just wondering if there is any history surrounding the colour of the poster and album text for film. I like both. I do like the purple T, but the red also works for the cd cover. I found a jpeg of a poster, but I don't know it's history or origins.

Thanks

I'm not sure what your query is but the link you post displays the original U.S. one sheet. There have been almost countless issues on LP and CD all over the world of the re-recorded album Mancini did back in 1962, and the colors for the artwork title itself have evolved and changed endlessly as well. Some have bright reds, others have faded reds, others have darker reds that look purple, so forth. (I happen to prefer the color scheme we used which I feel distinguishes our world premiere version just a bit... but I am probably biased.)
