On deck for release this Tuesday is Craig Safan’s new original score for Universal’s famous 1925 silent version of The Phantom Of The Opera. Newly scored in 2019, it is representative of Craig’s masterful and unique writing style. We’ve been happily supporting and producing his music for almost three decades, since we first met him and issued his score for Angel back in 1993 and The Last Starfighter in 1995. CD packaging artwork, contents and sound samples for The Phantom will be here tomorrow eve. The CD will be available for shipping on Tuesday the 22nd. Available now is our ambitious premiere of Jerry Goldsmith’s complete film score for [i]Black Patch[/i], his very first such effort, written in 1957. The album also premieres his vivid Americana score for 1972’s The Man. An abundance of musical riches is yours to be had.
