Two new Intrada CD releases arrive this coming Tuesday, October 17. One offers a world CD premier, newly remixed and remastered from original 2” session elements, to an 80’s cosmic horror romp that saw a short-lived LP release in the day. New Intrada presentation also offers a plethora of previously unreleased music. Our other new release is a 2-CD set with one disc devoted to a terrific symphonic score, played by a 70-piece orchestra to another scary tale from the 80’s, albeit this one plays in a more serious manner. Released way back when on an early-ish CD, the musical contents are the same though the entire album has been newly remastered for improved audio. While wholly original music, the talented composer drew inspiration from no less a master than Elmer Bernstein. Accompanying this album is a second disc being offered simply as a “bonus”, featuring original music purely for listening pleasure, described by the above talented composer as soundtrack music in search of a movie. Artwork and sound samples should be available on our site Monday evening, October 16. Halloween is on its way!
