11/11/13
November 12 is set to be a pretty crowded day back in our mail room, with four new releases being offered for sale. And the dust hasn't settled yet on the quick sell-out of our first batch of Hunt For Red October and Cocoon. So Jeff and George will see little respite back in the order and shipping department. As to the four new releases, the artwork and track lists will be posted on Monday evening. Given the wild work loads at the moment, the sound samples being readied by Mark (our webhamster) will go up at roughly the same time but will probably be staggered over a couple of days due to the larger number of new releases being posted, all of them world premiere CDs. Thor: The Dark World (Brian Tyler) headlines, of course. Disney's A Christmas Carol gives Alan Silvestri some bragging rights, Prancer does the same for Maurice Jarre, and our dear friend Bruce Broughton can brag anyday, especially about something as lovely as The Thanksgiving Promise, also a Disney picture. A lot of great music to be had!
