With two new CD releases in stock and ready for release this coming Tuesday, May 15, we offer an expansion of one of everyone's all-time favorites from the mid-seventies and an expanded release of one of our own favorites from the mid-nineties. We'll have artwork, contents and sound samples up Monday evening prior. By all means, enjoy one… or both!

In other sort-of news, I couldn't help but get excited about James Newton Howard's recent release of The Huntsman: Winter's War. The score seems to be a look back at Howard's writing when the orchestra alone carried the day. Vivid action music, an abundance of thematic material and his signature harmonic vernacular present throughout. An absolute winner! And an extra little smile: it's fun to notice the Huntsman's wordplay on Captain America's earlier Winter Soldier with his current Civil War.
