Since La-La Land has already offered Expanded Editions of the previous three Batman movies (but not this one), this suggests an impediment to release. (While it's scarcely a secret there have been at least 2 "private" editions offering a very lengthy Goldenthal program, could this be a discouragement for an "official" release? Other scores have had earlier "unofficial" releases, which have not prevented a subsequent legitimate edition.) |

The impediment is most likely the issue of Goldenthal having sued WB back with the whole 300 thing. |
