To be, out of all of the film scores that deserve special edition treatment, the one I want to see get that treatment the most is Jung Jae-il’s work for Bong Joon-ho’s Netflix hit Okja.

I want it to be this one, because even though it’s spoken in English & partly Korean, Director Bong still honors his Korean heritage in several ways, with the most important one, in this case, by enlisting a Korean composer.

Some other reasons why I’d like to see you guys make a limited edition soundtrack featuring Jae-il’s work for Okja is because he’s a newcomer. His work for Parasite was outstanding, so it would be nice to have a soundtrack for Okja, too.

Finally, it was considered for the nomination for the 2018 Academy Award for Best Original Score. Even though it didn’t get that honor.

You, Intrada can still honor it by making a soundtrack for it.
